• Information is provided for research purposes, is copied from public sources, and may contain errors or become outdated. Always confirm with the issuing agency.
• Our paid reports and toolkits are independent research and preparation aids. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, not eligibility determinations, and not guarantees of approval or funding.
• Our paid reports and toolkits are a research service. You are paying for the time-saving work of researching federal grants, SBA and other loan programs, state incentives and related funding sources against your profile, and of organizing the results into a clear report. Results depend on your profile and on which programs are open when the research is done, so the number of matching opportunities varies. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular number of programs, or for any program, and we do not guarantee funding.
• Official applications are free from the agencies. You are responsible for your own applications and for meeting agency requirements and deadlines.
• Use of the public data API is subject to rate limits and must not misrepresent the source of the data.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are honored. To request a refund, use our contact form and include your report ID (shown in your report's web address — not the private access key). Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, and access to the refunded report or toolkit ends. See also the refund policy.
