This policy applies to Gov Funds Finder's optional paid products: the Personalized Funding Research Report and the Application Preparation Toolkit.
Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are honored.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form and choose “Billing question.” Include your report ID (shown in your report's web address — not the private access key) and, if you want a reply, an email address.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. When a purchase is refunded, access to the refunded report or toolkit ends.
